Keynote speaker will be Heather Briccetti, President & CEO of the New York State Business Council.  Briccetti was acting-president for nine months prior to being selected to head up the organization, formerly led by Kenneth Adams.  She joined the Business Council in 2007 as vice presient of government affairs.
